Academic leaders are required to solve problems. Finding solutions requires negotiating with deans, faculty, staff, and students. Some negotiations revolve around resources (money, space). Gould Professor of Behavioral Science at the Booth School of Business, will share negotiation principles to help you navigate the various negotiations you face as academic leaders.
