The Office of the Provost has created a variety of new programs and tools to help recruit outstanding faculty to the University of Chicago. The Searching for Excellence program is a 90-minute program led by the Office of the Provost, the Office of Legal Counsel, and the Equal Opportunity Programs Office for Affirmative Action detailing best practices in the search, interview, and recruiting process.
