Diversity is a core value of the University of Chicago. Over the past two years, UChicago has made significant gains in the area of faculty diversity. Participate in a search training based on behavioral science research and best practices from the National Science Foundation ADVANCE program. Learn about new programs, funding, and resources to support faculty diversity. This 90-minute training provides concrete, actionable steps to improve the faculty search process. This session will be led by the Office of the Provost.
