Join Clay Risen, deputy op-ed editor at the New York Times, who will discuss how the op-ed writing landscape has shifted during the time of COVID-19. Risen will explain how writers can make their work stand out, what editors are looking for, and how to increase your chances of placing your op-ed.
The session is offered by the Academic Communicators Network in partnership with the Office of the Provost and the Office of Communications. Attendees will receive a link to the Zoom meeting after registering. Note that you must register using a UChicago email address.
