UChicago faculty are invited to learn the basics of mindfulness meditation in this half-hour session with Julie Edwards, MHA, Director of Health Promotion and Wellness. The workshop will teach skills and strategies to reduce stress and anxiety, promote presence, and strengthen focus. The session will include an opportunity to chat live with the instructor and will be recorded and saved to the Faculty Development Program website for future access. All participants will receive a link to join the Zoom meeting after they register.
