Develop a strategy for guiding professional development using periodic conversations on professional goals and career development and a written document. Participants will practice initiating conversations about topics such as research productivity,  grant funding, creativity and independence, career preference decision, non-research activities, personal development and work-life balance. This session will be led by Assistant Provost Regina Dixon-Reeves.
