UChicago faculty are invited to participate in a mentor training workshop, Aligning Expectations. The workshop will focus on aligning expectations and clearly communicating with the mentee, designing and communicating clear goals for the mentoring relationship, and considering how differences may effect the relationship
This session is part of UChicago's evidence-based mentoring series. It will be led by staff from the Chicago Center for Teaching. After registering, participants will receive a link to join the Zoom session.
