Learn how to find harmony and community in—rather than despite—interpersonal differences in identities, backgrounds, and perspectives you may encounter in your personal and professional life. Discover the importance of candid communication and explore alternatives to conflicts that may arise when encountering difference.

Developed in partnership with the Second City's Second Science Project and founded at the Booth School of Business, Inclusion in Practice is the second offering in the UChicago Inclusion Workshop series. It complements and builds upon the skills introduced in the Hearing One Another workshop. Participants may register to attend the workshop only, or attend the workshop and a facilitator training session.
