This session will share data on student mental health and highlight some of the warning signs and symptoms of a mental health concern or emotional crisis. It will cover key campus resources and include interactive exercises to give participants the skills to help someone who is experiencing a mental health concern. The workshop will be presented by representatives from Health Promotion and Wellness, along with Student Health and Counseling Services.
